How are you feeling? We can all use a breather every now and then, and it’s always good to have a check-in on our mental wellbeing. Join SEWS for our upcoming Wellbeing Workshops where we will discuss the latest coping strategies, self-care and best practice.

The Wellbeing Workshops take place Wednesdays, 1pm – 2pm in Room 301 at Euston Road. There is no need to book in advance and you can view the focus of each session below. Remember, you can always speak to SEWS if you have any specific wellbeing issue that you would like to discuss.

16 August 2023 | Cost of living crisis – Tips for students There are many different ways the cost-of-living crisis could be affecting you whilst at university, whether it’s struggling to afford rent, finding it hard to pay for food shopping, having to avoid putting your house heating on, having to ditch socialising, and so on. No matter how your financial situation at university is being impacted due to the current climate, there are things which can help you out. |

6 September 2023 | The Gratitude project Studies show that people who practise gratitude are more likely to thrive -which is exactly what we want for our students! Practising gratitude helps protect us when we feel at our weakest.
