How are you feeling? We can all use a breather every now and then, and it’s always good to have a check-in on our mental wellbeing. Join SEWS for our upcoming Wellbeing Workshops where we will discuss the latest coping strategies, self-care and best practice.

The Wellbeing Workshops take place Mondays, 1pm – 2pm in Room 204 at Euston Road. There is no need to book in advance and you can view the focus of each session below. Remember, you can always speak to SEWS if you have any specific wellbeing issue that you would like to discuss.

Budgeting is an important tool that can help you feel good about your finances. It ensures that you will always have enough money for the things you need and the things that are important to you. |
Monday 13 November | Mindful Mavericks: Empowering BIL Students through Student Guild The “Mindful Mavericks: Empowering BIL Students through Student Guild” workshop will focus on mindfulness, goal setting, stress management, peer support, resilience, self-care, academic success, interactive activities, and resource provision to enhance the well-being and academic success of BIL students. |
Monday 20 November | How to sustain motivation and achieve your goals The aim of this workshop is to explore what Motivation is and how to achieve your goals. Motivation is one of the most important elements required to achieve greatness in life, it keeps you aligned towards your goals and helps you to work with great zeal. Goals are the stepping stones that lead towards your dreams, and motivation is one of the biggest factors to achieve them. |
Monday 4 December | Developing a Growth Mindset This interactive workshop will explore ‘Growth Mindset’ theory. By sharing tools and strategies through activities, this session aims to enable students to discover the many benefits of developing a growth mindset and gives them the gift of taking home an achievable goal. |
Monday 11 December | Stronger Together Building a community at Bloomsbury Institute. Want to find out ways to feel involved?  We will discuss ways to step outside of your comfort zone and create a stronger connection with your peers & the community. |
