Bloomsbury Institute has been named as a finalist in the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Annual SME Awards. The shortlisting for the South Western Railway Corporate Social Responsibility Award recognises the essential legal assistance that we provide to individuals and communities in London through the Bloomsbury Law Clinic.

Our Law Clinic was launched back in 2022 and provides legal advice to those who would not otherwise be able to afford it whilst enabling our law students to gain clinical experience first-hand. This year, our Law Clinic has continued to grow, or more accurately, go, with the welcome addition of the Mobile Advice Clinic which enables us to reach even more communities by taking legal advice to them.
We are so pleased to have be shortlisted for the London Chamber’s Annual Awards. The Law Clinic stands as a flagship initiative here at Bloomsbury, breaking down barriers to justice by providing free legal advice. It is just fabulous to get recognised for this crucial work .

The glitzy ceremony will take place at Riverside’s London Plaza on Thursday 8 February 2024; we are dusting off our ball gowns and getting ready for the big event!!
