We were delighted to host Valrie Grant, winner of Commonwealth Woman Entrepreneur of the Year and accomplished geospatial analyst, on Bloomsbury Radio in conversation with our very own Arif Zaman. Valrie highlighted the importance of walking the fine line between educating and supporting emerging entrepreneurs, whilst also building a sustainable future. The conversation marks the announcement (by the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network and the Global Entrepreneurship Network) of Valrie Grant as the latest Ambassador for the Commonwealth Women’s Entrepreneurship Accelerator (CWEA) due to be launched at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Kigali, Rwanda in June and at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in July.
