Bloomsbury Institute students 14% more satisfied than average

Bloomsbury Institute continues to surpass the sector average for student satisfaction.

This year the overall satisfaction rate of Bloomsbury Institute students is 89%, 14% higher than the sector average of 75% according to The National Student Survey (NSS).

After a challenging year for students, Bloomsbury Institute maintained an overall satisfaction rate of 89%, compared to other universities and colleges in the UK which saw an average fall of 7%.

Bloomsbury Institute also scored above sector average for every theme and question.

89% of students were satisfied with the teaching on their course – 9% higher than the sector average of 80%.  And 91% of students agreed that their course provided them with opportunities to explore ideas or concepts in detail, as well as bringing information and ideas together from different topics.

And when it came to how well our lecturers explain things, 93% agreed that Bloomsbury Institute do this well – 11% above the sector average.

What is the National Student Survey?

The National Student Survey (NSS) is an independent, UK-wide survey completed by 4 million final year students every year.

The NSS asks questions relating to student experience and course quality, helping prospective students choose where to study.
