LLB (Hons) Law

I was a young mother and that was my job. Then I thought what next? I wasn’t able to see my future, and then someone suggested Bloomsbury Institute…

The way they teach us here, they’re drawing out what’s already there… I’ve started to realise my character, my personality, what I can for myself and for others.

There’s no point in studying if you’re not being challenged. The lecturers push you, they take you out of your comfort zone and make you realise what you’re capable of.

Our tutors are down to earth, they’re grounded in reality. The support on offer – if you need a shoulder to cry on, they’re here for you. And becoming a peer advisor made me realise how important it is to me to help others.

Being a small place, Bloomsbury Institute feels like home. Secure, welcoming. I feel that my voice is being listened to.

My goal is to become a barrister. I know what I have to do. And with little steps, I know the steps I have to take and, step by step, I will do it.

My advice to prospective students?  Don’t think, just apply. You won’t regret it!
