2020 has been a year of unprecedented challenges.
We recognise how difficult life may have been over the past months and the impact these challenges may have had on your mental health.
This workshop will take a look at your mental health and wellbeing and what you can do to look after yourself.
We’ll be exploring the effect this year may have had on your mental health, and what tools you can use to practise good mental health.
This workshop is being run by the Centre for Student Engagement, Wellbeing and Success (SEWS), online via Teams.
