About Ian Browne…
Ian led Lloyds Banking Group’s approach to the apprenticeship levy which is underpinning the training of over 450 apprentices working for smaller companies across the UK.
As part of Lloyds Banking Group’s strategy of Helping Britain Prosper, Ian also focuses on a number of initiatives aimed at helping young people successfully bridge the transition gap between formal education and the world of work.
He lives just outside Bristol and is an advocate of social enterprise and community action. Outside his life with Lloyds he runs a men’s mental health group, a community crowdfunding initiative and is a coach and mentor to a number of social enterprises.
