Over the last few months, Bloomsbury Institute has been contributing to a QAA-funded project called ‘Improving student learning by linking inclusion/accessibility and academic integrity‘. We’re very excited to announce that we have a free online launch day event on Thursday 30 March 2023. The event will run 9.30am – 3pm (BST). You can attend all day or just for individual sessions, and everybody is welcome!
The project team included academic integrity and inclusion experts, and students from Bloomsbury Institute, the University of Southampton, Oxford Brookes University and the University of Westminster, who will open with a discussion of inclusion in academic integrity. After the introductions, Bloomsbury Institute’s Student Academic Integrity Champions will discuss their contributions. There will also be a workshop that outlines our template to help you make academic resources inclusive and accessible. We’ll also present activities using our open-access teaching resources for staff and students, all of which are available on our project website.
You can find more information about the event, and sign up, on the QAA event page. You can also get in touch with the lead for Bloomsbury Institute’s contributions, Jamie Cawthra: jamie.cawthra@bil.ac.uk.
