One of the main reasons our Institute is so vibrant, committed and diverse is thanks to our international students. We have students (and staff!) from across the planet, including China, Nigeria, Brazil and India.

Of course, moving to study is both an exciting and challenging time. And moving to London to do so is an even bigger decision. So we’ll be with you every step of the way on your journey.

Working in the UK

Whilst studying with us, international students can work part-time up to 20 hours per week during term-time and full-time during vacations.

And if you’re planning on working in the UK after you’ve completed your course, then we have good news…

From 1 July 2021, all international students who have successfully achieved a UK bachelor’s degree can apply for the new Graduate Route.

Those on the Graduate route will be able to work or look for work after their studies for a maximum period of 2 years (3 years for PhD students).

We assist all our graduates who wish to apply for the Graduate Route and our Student Engagement, Wellbeing and Success (SEWS) team can also support you with job applications, CVs and cover letters.

Our support is second to none. We’ll help you settle into London life, support you throughout your studies and guide you through life as a graduate.

From wellbeing to employability advice, our Student Engagement, Wellbeing and Success (SEWS) team are here for you.

Head to our Support page to see our full range of support.

English language support

If English isn’t your strong point, we can help! We offer free English language support to all students throughout their studies during small group sessions and one-to-one tutorials. For further information email Learning Enhancement:
