Role Overview
As an Admissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, fair, and friendly admissions process for all applicants. You will communicate clearly and compassionately with prospective students at every stage in the process, processing applications efficiently and accurately. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of empowering students through education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality admissions service for all applicants.
- Process applications efficiently and accurately, from submission through to enrolment.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with applicants at every stage.
- Schedule and conduct interviews where required.
- Ensure compliance with policies on admissions, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Generate admissions reports and keep databases up to date.
