Anne Okello

Anne has an EFL teaching background and a broad range of experience in Education and Teaching in the UK and abroad. The major projects she has worked on include the British Council and European Union’s Language and Academic Skills and E-Learning project where she provided English language and academic coaching to refugees in Jordan. She has also worked in Education and Development in Sudan and Uganda, teaching and providing skills training.

Her UK based worked experience centres on the not-for-profit sector as an advocate and immigration and integration advisor.

Interests

Her work interests include education, development and immigration, and other areas of interest include East African and Middle Eastern History and Politics. She is a keen traveller and speaks Arabic and Acholi.
