Clearing FAQs
Clearing opens on 5th July 2025 and closes on 20th October 2025.
You may apply to our course through our course pages, or via the UCAS portal. You may also call our helpline at 0207 388 8877 or email clearing@bil.ac.uk to ask any questions you might have about your eligibility or any other questions about your application.
We aim to get back to applications within 48 hours.

- Proof of qualifications (A-levels/equivalent, GCSE results). If you’re expecting your exam results via UCAS, you don’t need to provide evidence of your qualifications
- A good understanding of why you want to apply for your desired course
You also need your passport and proof of address to enrol once you receive an offer.
Your degree is awarded by Wrexham University, our official academic partner.
At Bloomsbury Institute, we design and deliver your course: our tutors, lecturers and support teams guide your entire academic journey. But your final qualification is accredited and awarded by Wrexham University, a recognised UK higher education institution.
This means your certificate will say Wrexham University, while your learning experience is proudly led and managed by Bloomsbury Institute in central London.
We share facilities with Birkbeck, University of London, giving our students access to excellent lecture rooms, study areas and other resources in the heart of Bloomsbury.
Your course, tutors and support services will all be delivered by Bloomsbury Institute, but you’ll benefit from studying in a professional university environment in the heart of London.
If you get an offer through Clearing, our Admissions team will provide you with access to our Self-Service system, where you will be asked to provide some information like Proof of your qualification, your passport, and proof of address. Once these and your financial information are all satisfied, you will then be invited for enrolment.
