Studying law with us will not only challenge the way you think – it’ll also unlock the door to exceptional career opportunities…
Most of our graduates subsequently follow traditional legal careers as solicitors, barristers, chartered legal executives or paralegals. But many graduates progress in other exciting careers outside of law in sectors such as education, journalism and public relations.
During our 4 year degree including a foundation year, you’ll study the theory and practice of English law. Once you know and understand the basics, you’ll explore how this is influenced by and then impacts ethical, social, political, environmental and economic values.
Our degree programme leads to a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD). This means that you can skip the academic stage of training to qualify as a solicitor or barrister of England and Wales – saving you valuable time.
Once graduated, you will be eligible for CILEx Graduate Member status if you have taken our CILEx-approved modules in your final year. This saves you a year of further study, £6,000 of study costs and opens up additional career opportunities such as a trainee CILEx lawyer or paralegal.
