LLB (Hons) Law

I left school at 16 and I always wanted to go back into education… but life gets in the way.

I’ve always wanted to study law but I’d heard stories – it’s really difficult, you have to do a lot of reading and so on… Then a friend of mine told me about the courses here. I did the foundation year and transferred onto the law degree – and I’m very pleased I did.

I’ve met lots of new people that I would never otherwise have met… international students, people from all over the world.

I still see lecturers from my foundation year and they still recognise me. Being a small institution, you develop closer relationships… you’re not just another anonymous student.

The location is a wonderful. I’m into architecture and it’s lovely to be in his part of London. You’ve got access to everything the city has to offer.

Next step? – I’m applying to do my LPC. I want to work for the underdog. I want to work on behalf of those people who aren’t articulate, who don’t know the ropes. The people who need help.
