Academic Administrator, Board of Directors Staff Representative
I joined Bloomsbury Institute in October 2017 after completing a BA (Hons) Business Management (Top-up) degree and MBA . I had no previous experience in higher education, but after joining Bloomsbury Institute I became very passionate about the sector.
Each Academic Administrator is responsible for their course; we are the point of contact, support and help for students, but also for staff!
We advise students on regulations and we make sure that these are applied correctly. We also support students when they need help and when we are not able to provide help, we direct them to the right support team.
We take care of students from the point of enrolment to graduation and beyond.
I love helping people and provide good customer service; all my previous jobs focus on customer service and this is the core, in my opinion, of my current position.
