How Do I Check My IT Support Ticket
- Go to www.bil.ac.uk, click on “Student Services”
- Click on “IT Services”.
- Click on “IT Support”
- Click on “Check Ticket Status”
- Enter the email address you used to raise the ticket.
- Enter the ticket number
- Click “Email Access Link”
- An access link will be emailed to you, click on the link to access your ticket.
- Alternatively, if you have an account, click “Sign In”. Enter your username and password.
