How Do I Check My IT Support Ticket

  1. Go to www.bil.ac.uk, click on “Student Services”
  2. Click on “IT Services”.
  3. Click on “IT Support”
  4. Click on “Check Ticket Status”
  5. Enter the email address you used to raise the ticket.
  6. Enter the ticket number
  7. Click “Email Access Link”
  8. An access link will be emailed to you, click on the link to access your ticket.
  9. Alternatively, if you have an account, click “Sign In”. Enter your username and password.
