How Do I Reset My SSP Password

  1. Go to www.bil.ac.uk, click on ‘Student Services’.
  2. Click on ‘Office365’.
  3. On the sign in page click on ‘Forgot or Reset Password’.
  4. Enter your ‘User ID’ (LONXXXXXXXXX@bil.ac.uk) and enter the ‘Characters in the Picture’, click ‘Next’.
  5. An email or text message will be sent to your device.
  6. If you have not set up an alternative email account or mobile number, please contact itsupport@bil.ac.uk and request a password reset.
