How Do I Check My SSP Request Via SSP​

1.Click on the ‘Request’ tab.
2.Click on ‘My Request’.
3.A list of your requests will open. Click on request number to view request status.
4.You can check ‘Status’ to see if your ticket has been “Resolved”.
5.If you need to respond to a comment or add any additional comments, click ‘Add Comment’.
6.When you have finished make sure you click the ‘Save’ button.
