Idress is one of our IT support specialists, responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network and computer systems of Bloomsbury Institute.
He helps manage the daily internal helpdesk operations including the active directory, group policy, security groups, deployment software through ManageEngine, Office 365 administration, email provisioning and Microsoft Teams SharePoint administration.
He also manages (and solves!) any third-party software IT-queries raised by staff and students.
Interests
His interests include reading books, listening to music in his free-time, computing and exploring new information technology enhancements.
